Kevin was born in Charlotte on December 5, 1960 to William Thomas Houck and Kathleen Watts Cheek Houck. He was preceded in death by his son Joseph Ryan Houck and by brother Thomas Arthur Houck both in 2003.
Kevin is survived by his loving and dedicated wife of 32 years Tina Felisha Milbee Houck; brothers Bill Houck (Anne) of Richfield, NC, Tim Houck (Joanie) or Fort Mill, SC; twelve nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday, December 20 in Evergreen Cemetery, 4426 Central Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28205. The family will receive friends 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, December 19 at Wilson Funeral and Cremation Service, 5301 Albemarle Rd, Charlotte, NC 28212.
