

A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Lois was born on August 23, 1945 in Brooklyn, NY to parents Salvatore and Marie (Pisani). She was married to her love, Joseph D’Antuono, for 52 wonderful years until his passing. Together, they built a beautiful life filled with love, laughter, and memories that will be treasured for generations to come.
Lois is survived by her beloved daughters, Marie Saulpaugh (husband David) of Fair Lawn, NJ, and Diana Johnson (husband Harry) of Charlotte, NC. She was the proud grandmother of Michael Saulpaugh (wife ToniAnn) of West Caldwell, NJ, and Stephen Saulpaugh (wife Sabrina) of Fair Lawn, NJ. She also delighted in being a new great-grandmother to Mia Rae Saulpaugh, whose presence brought her endless joy.
Lois is also survived by her siblings, Sal and Pat Floria. She was predeceased by her brother, Frank Floria.
Lois had a successful career in banking, where she was admired for her dedication and work ethic. After retiring, she dedicated her time to her family, who meant the world to her. Better known in these years affectionately as “Mama Lo,” she will be remembered for her kind heart, unwavering love, and delicious cooking by her family and dear friends.
Her legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
Viewing hours will be Monday, January 13th, 2025 from 6-8 pm at McEwen Funeral Service Pineville Chapel located at 10500 Park Road, Charlotte, NC 28210.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, January 14th, 2024 at 1 pm at St. Matthew Catholic Church Chapel located at 8015 Ballantyne Commons Parkway, Charlotte, NC 28277.
