Loretta K. Hinson

Loretta was an avid quilter and enjoyed working in her flower gardens. On Sunday afternoons when the green flag dropped for a NASCAR race, she was at the TV pulling for “Bad Boy” Tony Stewart. She was a member of Cook’s Memorial Presbyterian Church. She retired after many years from Washburn Printing.

Loretta is preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years, Giles Henry “Jr” Hinson; sister, Delores Johnson; brothers, David Kelly, Bobby Kelly and Lo Kelly, Jr.

Mrs. Hinson loved her family and is survived by her sons, Steve Hinson (Diane) of Stanley, NC and Rodney Hinson (Stephanie) of China Grove, NC. Granddaughters, April Edwards (Phillip), Kim Propst (Gary) and Ashley Kwon (David). Great-grandchildren, Aiden Kwon, Kanden Kwon and Kourtney Propst.
