To my Tio chino, who I know is watching over us. 
I will miss you every single day and some of those days days will be harder than others, but I know especially on those days you will be there to help our family through. It doesn't feel fair to lose you so soon but it helps to remember that you'll never really leave us and that we'll feel you there whenever we hear one of your favorite songs, we see one of your teams get a big win, or remember one of the silly things you'd do to make us laugh. 
We'll hold on to those memories and keep you in our hearts until the day we meet again.

Losing Tio Chino has been one of the most painful things our family has ever been put through. He has taken a piece of all our hearts with him and we'll miss him so much, but none of us can imagine what you and Alyssa are going through. So I hope that this book and these words of comfort can remind you on your hardest days of the love you have here for you and that it can remind you of how much love, laughter, and friendship Tio put out into this world in his short time here.

Chino will always live in our hearts and prayers.

I want to start by saying that my dad will always be in my heart and he knew that I always loved him when we got mad at each other. Even though I only spent 13 years will my dad it felt like I knew him for so much longer. Seeing that smile with those dimples just always made me happy because he always smiled to me like that when I went to school and even I didn't want to go to school. There's that saying how the daughter is close to there mom but I was really close to my dad and I remembered that my dad always liked it when we wrestled,cook sometimes, play basketball,play with hair or when there wasn't my mom in the house then I would play makeup with my dad and I'm going to miss all the great things I did with my dad. But all those memories are gonna stay in mind and the joy I had with him would stay in my heart. But over all my dad was always there for me when I got mad or sad about something. I remember on summer days we would go to the pool, go to stores, or even just stay home and watch movies or shows and I always bothered my dad with saying that I want to watch titanic and he said "oh no you see that movie everyday". Always remember the jokes we made or the pictures we took or the things we did together like the shirts I made for you. Love you dad

Chino to us you were known by many names (Luis,Chino,WooWoo,Tino Chino). For each name there are many great memories. We will always have you in our hearts and prayers. R.I.P. my friend.

It's been two weeks since you've been in peace. Even though we know you are in a better place it's hard not having you here. We miss you, your texts and the laughs you gave us. Now we just have memories but they are good ones and we will hold on to them forever. God knew what he was doing when he brought you into our lives, because now we will be family forever. Fuiste un hijo para nosotros, siempre te quizimos y te seguiremos queriendo. Te llevaremos en nuestros corazones y nunca te vamos a olvidar. Siempre nos recordaremos lo Feliz que eras en nuestras reuniones. Fuiste un Gran Padre, Esposo y Amigo, te ganaste el Corazon de muchos con tu modo de ser. Para nosotros no te haz ido para siempre sino como que te haigas ido de viaje y te volveremos a ver. Que descanses en paz mi hijo. Tus suegros que siempre te recordaran con mucho amor.

How can we understand this and how can we accept this, we get angry because we don't understand why this happens but  somehow  we understand that we will see you again, yeah, we will be together again with all those who have parted. You used to sing and dance like Daddy Yankee......so funny .....and that's how I remember you. Rest in peace Chinito.

Luis Alberto Suarez  Better known as Chino Love,

You are part of a large family and loved by each and everyone.  I have known you for about half your life but I consider you a brother.  You are truly an angel because you think of others before yourself.  I will never forget the frequent text from you What's up Occy  what are you doing?'   Also the care and the love you gave our kids (Gabi, Marcos & Brian).   You are truly a selfless person.  

We had some great times together There were so many of them that I would love to relive each and every one of them.  In other words, I would not change a thing cause they are all great memories.  All the Florida trips and they were so many, Myrtle Beach, oh and the mountain getaways we had, they forever will be treasured.  Thanks for the good times.  The family gatherings from birthdays to anniversaries and especially the weekend gatherings that happen for no apparent reason but just to be TOGETHER.  

Chino Love  you are a great man, husband & father.  I don't want you to worry. Your wife Maritza and daughter Alyssa are in great hands.  I and the family will be there to help in any way necessary to guide and assist in any way possible to ensure that all that selflessness you gave us, we return to them. 

For now I leave you but one day I will see you and then together we will continue this special bond that we built.  The fun times will come again.  Love you and like we always said   PIECE Brother.

There are no words that can ease the pain of losing a loved one. Dear Chino you will be missed at all our family gatherings & the times you would stop by to say hello & see how we were doing. I wish I could of done more for you but we will be there for your family.. God Speed we love you.

At times like this it is hard to find the right words to express all our emotions. It is specially hard when you can't be with those loved ones to offer your love and a shoulder to lean on. After the tears have dried and the goodbyes have been said, all we have to hold onto are the happy memories that we've shared with our loved ones who have passed, this is what keeps them alive in our hearts and in our minds, and they will continue to live on, through us.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.

 That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,

 It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.

There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.

 God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not  be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.
