Born December 5, 1933 in Sunbury, Pennsylvania, Deane was a daughter of the late Elmer and Dorothy Benner.
Deane retired from Hickory Grove Baptist Church following 25 years of secretarial work.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward H.“Ed” Davis Jr., and 2 siblings, Donna and Ronnie.
Survivors include her daughter, Karen Rinehults and her husband, Scott; her son, Thomas Davis; 2 granddaughters, Catrina Davis and Jennifer Rinehults and a brother, Jackie Benner.
Graveside services are planned for 1:00 PM Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at Sugaw Creek Presbyterian Church Cemetery, 100 W Sugar Creek Road, Charlotte, NC 28269 with Rev. Rob Watkins officiating.
