Mrs. Rankin, age 87 of Taylors, SC died June 30, 2014. She was born in Charlotte, NC on June 5, 1928 daughter of the late Charles Morrison Rogers and Eunice Kistler Rogers. In addition to her parents she was proceeded in death by her husband, Robert R. Rankin, Jr.
Surviving are her sons, Robert R. Rankin III, Morrison R. Rankin and David G. Rankin. Grand children Ashley Valdetero (Travis), Morrison Rankin, II (Courtney), Lauren Eleazer (Jason), Whitney Shoultz (Jonathan), Caroline Rankin and Robert Rankin. Great grandchildren Cooper Canady, Hayes Eleazer, Griffin Eleazer, Mary Davis Shoultz, Hudson Valdetero and Whitley Valdetero.
