Maria attended Mecklenburg County Public Schools and graduated in 2003 from Independence High School with honors. She was a proud stay at home mother who loved her family. Maria enjoyed shopping, sewing and interior design. She was always a kind hearted person and carried a beautiful smile.
Maria leaves to treasure her memory, the love of her life and partner, Randolph O. Drayton of the home, her four precious children Ava Marie Drayton, Mya Alia Drayton, Caliya Michelle Drayton and Remi Joel Drayton all of the home, brother, Dewayne Eldridge of Poznon, Poland, her favorite uncle, Wayne Eldridge of Columbia, Maryland, her Grand Ma Kizzie and Grand Pa Randolph Drayton of Durham, NC and a host of aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.
A memorial service for Maria will be held Saturday, March 5, 2022 at 4:00 PM at Wilson Funeral & Cremation Service, 5301 Albemarle Road, Charlotte, NC 28212.
