Mary M. Weeks

Mary grew up on Colony Road and graduated from Myers Park High School in 1953. Loving and kind, she lived an active life to the very end, enjoying walking, reading, swimming at the Y and spending time with friends and family. Mary was blessed with the ability to easily take up and master new hobbies and was quite adept at home repairs.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, L.D. Weeks and is survived by her sons, Don Hollifield and Michael Weeks (Julie); step-daughter, Rebecca Boisvert (Michael); several grandchildren and other relatives.

An informal celebration of Mary's life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg chapter of the Autism Society.
