Patricia Elizabeth Stultz

Patty was the third daughter of Thornton Emberry Miller and Roberta Trimmer Miller. She attended the local schools and graduated from Logan High School in 1943. She was a graduate of West Virginia University.

While in her last year there, she met an attractive young man named Robert Lee Stultz. On November 24, 1948 they were married. During their 65 years together they raised their family in West Virginia, Connecticut and North Carolina. Patty was an active mom, always volunteering and chaperoning at school and community activities. Her greatest achievement was providing a wonderful home for her husband and children wherever she lived. Patty and Bob travelled the world. They loved to cruise and sightsee, enjoying experiences on every continent. They spent many special occasions with lifelong friends, celebrating weddings, reunions, birthdays and life in general.

Patty is predeceased by her parents, a brother Thornton Emberry Miller, Jr., two sisters, Donna Voce and Ruth Shumate, and her husband Bob. She is survived by her daughter Lynn Stultz, son Robert Stultz, son Richard Stultz (Kathy), daughter Sharon Singer (Robert Pashayan), daughter Melanie Jacobs (Dennis), nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

The family would like to thank the Stewart Healthcare Center of the Cypress of Charlotte and Hospice and Palliative Care Charlotte Region for all of their care and attention to Patty and her family. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to HPCCR.org, or the charity of your choice.

Inurnment will be private. A service for Patty will be held at Sharon Presbyterian Church, 5601 Sharon Road, Charlotte, NC 28210 on February 8, 2023 at 2:00 PM in the sanctuary. A reception will follow in the chapel.
