She was married to Jack Wilson Weeks Sr. until his passing in 1995. She attended Christ Presbyterian Church off Wilkinson Blvd. and sold Avon for 35 years to support her family.
Peggie was headstrong and motivated with a strong sense of self. A woman of few words, she was very reserved but always very giving to those she loved.
She is survived by her sons, Robert Weeks and Vernon Fields.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lonnie and Thermos; her husband, Jack Sr.; her son, Jack Wilson Weeks Jr.; her daughter, Sue Fields; and her sister, Jean Clark.
To honor Peggie’s wishes, there will be no public services held. Donations may be made in her memory to Christ Presbyterian Church.
