Ralph William McConnell Jr.

He was born August 19th, 1957 in Mooresville, North Carolina to the late Ralph William McConnell Sr. and the late Arthelia Holler McConnell.

Following graduation from South Mecklenburg High School in 1975. Ralph was employed at American Products for more than twenty years.

Ralph's lifetime enjoyment was his family, racing cars and eating his favorite food, banana pudding.

He is survived by his wife Teri McConnell of 41 years; sons Jeremy Morton of Charlotte and David Morton of Lancaster; daughter Katie McConnell of Columbia; sisters Danette McConnell and Sonja Jacobs both of Pineville; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, two nieces and eight great nieces and nephews; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and tons of family friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and also by his brother Charles McConnell, and many other loved ones.

A visitation to celebrate Ralph's life will be held Saturday, August 23rd, 2025 from 2pm to 4pm at McEwen Funeral Service - Pineville Chapel located at 10500 Park Road in Charlotte, North Carolina.
