

Born on December 19, 1950, in Knoxville, TN, Bob grew up in a close-knit family, which fostered his adventurous spirit. The beloved husband of Anne, he worked in sales and raised a beautiful family after settling in Charlotte.
Bob was known for his vibrant personality and his dedication to his roles as husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and friend. His infectious humor and joy for life made a lasting impact on everyone around him. He especially treasured moments spent with his family, whether attending or watching sports, taking walks, or simply enjoying their company. His deep affection for his grandchildren was evident, and brought him immense happiness.
He is survived by his loving wife Anne and their children: Christine (Brian Berry) Price, Caren (Jason) Saunders, Janet (Kevin) Brotzman, William Robert (Jordan Letschert) Price, and Kathleen (William) Pellisero; grandchildren: Hayden Saunders, Harper Saunders, Graham Pellisero, Watson Brotzman, Kellan Letschert-Price, and Emery Pellisero; siblings, Carol Irwin, Mary Price, and Tim Price; nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and many other cherished extended family members. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, George and Evelyn Price.
Visitation will be held from 5 pm to 8 pm on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at McEwen Funeral Home in Pineville, NC. A Funeral Mass will be held at noon on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Lancaster, SC.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, a cause close to the family's hearts. Contributions can be made at www.alz.org.
The family would like to offer their sincere appreciation to staff of The Pearl at Fort Mill for their loving care and support, especially during Bob’s final days.
Bob's life exemplified love, family, and laughter. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
