“Rod”
Roderick Anthony Kinane, 47, of Charlotte passed away on July 26, 2011. He was born in Syracuse, NY on September 24, 1963 to the late Anthony and Bridget Kinane. Rod was a graduate of Westhill High School in Syracuse. He worked for Camful Industries for the last 8 years, was a race fan and enjoyed hockey and hunting but most of all he loved his family.
Rod is survived by his loving wife, Stephany of 22 years; daughter, Christine Eleczko; sons Zachary and Rory; grandson, Aidan, all of Charlotte; sisters, Margaret (Glenn) Walrath of N. Syracuse, NY, Mary (Jan) Cummings and Bridget Kinane all of Bradenton, FL. He is predeceased by his brother, Patrick Kinane.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 30, 2011 from 12:00 to 1:00 pm followed by a 1:00 pm service at McEwen Pineville Chapel, 10500 Park Rd., Charlotte, NC 28210 with Father William Haesaert officiating.
