Mr. Landis, age 26, of Charlotte passed away Monday, July 2, 2012 at Presbyterian Main Hospital.
He was born January 24, 1986 in Toledo, Ohio the son of Elena Fonseca-Salas and the late Gary Landis.
Surviving are his mother, Elena Fonseca – Salas and husband Mario Salas; son, Aiden James Pontes- Landis; sister, Olivia Fonseca- Salas; nieces, Selythia, Jacqueline, and Yasmin; half sisters, Beth Kirwen, Laura Esker, Christina Stiger, Jane Lance; and numerous other loving family members.
The family will receive friends from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM Monday, July 9, 2012 at McEwen Funeral Service.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at McEwen Funeral Service, 5716 Monroe Road, Charlotte, NC 28212.
