Sam was born in the Bronx and moved to Charlotte with Royal Insurance in 1986 where he worked in financial planning. After retiring, Sam volunteered for many years repairing furniture at the Wendover Road Habitat for Humanity Restore.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years Linda and children Simon and Sharon.
Funeral service is 12:00 noon Sunday, January 4th at the Hebrew Cemetery, 1801 Statesville Ave., Charlotte, NC 28206.
