Debbie and I extend our condolences to Travis and the family as I was informed of his passing this morning. We will long remember the good times with Travis and Sam many conventions of NFC.

May Mr. Samuel Morris's light shine bright in each of his loved ones that remain. May his light bring y'all peace when you need it most, clarity when things seem hazed, patience and understanding when anxiety seeps in, poise and grace when you get ahead of yourselves; but most of all may Samuel's light always bring you his warmth and love. As long as our hearts beat our loved ones live on in this world. We are saddened by your loss but deeply honored to celebrate a man who has unselfishly given of himself for 90 years. We may have not known him, but we have the pleasure of knowing him though Michael Beacham  and for this we are grateful.

Please say hello to my Dad as he was a Lodge brother of yours and fellow church member that always spoke of his high regard for you. Thank you, personally, for being a rock (along with my Dad) at Calvary while Stan, myself, and many others grew up in the watchful eyes of the congregation. I remember you as a steady example of faith, honesty, and patience. Thank you again and tell Dad, "I will be seeing him", his last words to me before he passed. Amen

Gene I am sorry for your family's loss. Gene spoke very highly of Mr. Morris and thought of him as a father not just an in-law (that speaks volumes to me and others about the caliber of man Mr. Morris was). I will be praying for this family in your time of loss. God bless you all.
