Victor was a graduate of Harding High School in 1976. He was employed by Porter Paints for 25 years.
Victor was preceded in death by his mother and father. He is survived by his sister Lynn (Charlie) Williams; nephews Mitch Williams, John Canup and Joey Canup; niece Kaylie Williams.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at McEwen Funeral Service, 5716 Monroe Road, Charlotte beginning at 3pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a Hospice organization of choosing, or the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org in his name.
