Alvin Randall Thompson

Alvin, a native to Virginia, was born on October 24, 1953. He was preceded in death by his father, Jessie W. Thompson.

Alvin is survived by his mother, Nettie V. Thompson of Crozet, Va; his companion of 16 years, Rose Jordan, of Crozet, Va; his son, Bradley Thompson and his girlfriend Anne-Ayer Staton of Shipman,Va; Jonathon Thompson and his girlfriend, Angela Mason, of Crozet, Va; and his daughter Jennifer Shaver of Crozet, Va.

Alvin is also survived by his sister, Debbie Wood and her husband, Harold, of Stuarts Draft, Va; his brother, Wayne Thompson and his wife, Susan, of Stuarts Draft, Va; his brother, Gary Thompson and his wife, Betsy, of Ruckersville, Va; his brother, Steve Thompson and his girlfriend, Sandy Tyler, of Crozet, Va.

He is also survived by six grandchildren: Brandon Thompson, Gabe Thompson, EJ Cook, Macayla Cook, Elizabeth Wyant, and special granddaughter Emily Wyant; his special pet, Coon (man's best friend); and his brother in law, Ben Staton of Crozet, Va.

Alvin is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
