He attended Saint Anne’s Belfield High School where he was a 3 sport athlete, excelling in all, football, basketball and lacrosse.
He is survived by, his brother; David Michael Caddell, Sisters; Mary Cynthia Hewitt, husband Richard and Laurie Booker Driver, a niece, Caitlin Hewitt Schurtz , husband Jackson, and nephew, Richard Christopher Hewitt as well as his dear friend /brother Frank Rivera.
Clay loved sports, music and NASCAR. He will be remembered for his caring demeanor, great sense of humor and positive spirit. Clay was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
A private family service will be held to honor him. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank.
