Helen Roberts

She is preceded in death by her husband, David L. Roberts Sr., to whom she was married to for sixty nine years. She is survived by one son; David L. Roberts Jr. (D.L.) and his wife Dinah of Palmyra, VA; three Granddaughters; Lori Roberts, Tiffany Good and husband Brandon, Lindsay LaBlanc and husband Jason, and her great grandchildren; Erin Edwards and husband Justin, Chase Stanley and wife Corrin, Laci Kelly, Carson Kelly, Lilah Good, Levi Good, Liam LaBlanc, Sage LaBlanc, and great great grandchildren; Collin Edwards, Brynn Edwards, Witten Edwards, Channing Stanley and Carrington Stanley.

Helen was a member of the First Baptist Church in Staunton. She was a cosmetologist, owner and operator of the Flair Beauty Salon. She liked to dance at the Moose and Frye Springs Club and church on Sunday morning. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and loved spending time with her family.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at Holly Memorial Gardens at 11:00 am.

Special thanks to Kelly and Melissa and the staff at The Blake of Charlottesville for the care and love you gave to Nanny. Also special thanks to Carol Harlow (Lori’s mom) for the love, care, many hair sets, manicures and decorating her little apartment like home. Nanny loved her like a daughter!
