James "Buddy" Early Tyler Jr.

Buddy was predeceased by his father, James "Jimmy" Tyler Sr. He is survived by his mother Shirley Tyler; his son, Chris Tyler; wife Alicia Tyler and April Tyler; and the mother of his children Tammy Deane (Lynn) and 6 grandchildren. He is survived by his siblings David Tyler (Colleen), Mike Tyler (Melissa), and Laurie Tyler (Renee). He is also survived by other family members and friends who will miss him dearly.

The family would like to give a special mention and thanks to Otis Shifflett, Kim Strickler, Wanda Thurston, and UVA Medical staff on 4 South Trauma for the love and support for Buddy and the Tyler family during their time of need.

A Celebration of Life will be on Saturday. July 3, 2021, from 1:00-5:00 PM at the Charlottesville Elks Lodge, 389 Elk Dr, Charlottesville, VA 22911.
