October 4, 1972 – August 2, 2025
Jason Lee Snyder, of Columbia, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on August 2, 2025, at the age of 52. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, on October 4, 1972, Jason built a life filled with passion, love, and deep dedication to the people he cherished most.
A natural communicator, Jason excelled in sales and media relations, always bringing his wit, insight, and authenticity into his work. He had a love for writing and storytelling, often capturing moments and memories in a way that made others feel seen and heard.
Jason was a devoted husband, father, son, brother, and friend. He and his wife Suzanne recently celebrated their 26th wedding anniversary—a love built on laughter, loyalty, and deep connection. He was a proud and loving father to Cole and Mia, who were the center of his world.
He was an avid sports fan, with a particular love for college basketball and any kind of baseball. Whether cheering from the stands or from home, Jason found joy in the game and the sense of community it created.
Jason is survived by his beloved wife Suzanne Snyder; his children, Cole and Mia; his parents, Dennis and Faye Snyder; his sister, Karen Couture (Dan); nephews Paul, Leo, Drew, and Teddy; his father-in-law, Bob Busbee; his sister-in-law, Andrea Ramsey (Scott) and niece London; and his brother-in-law, John Busbee (Rodney). His presence, humor, and love will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
