Jonathan Philip Kim

Jonathan P. Kim, 29, passed away on Tuesday, December 4, 2018. He is survived by his partner, Ashley Neilson; his daughters, Alexandra and Serena Kim; parents, Philip Kim and Cathy Smith; sisters, Jade and Madelyn Kim; maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Eunice Smith; paternal grandmother, Mary Kim; and so many other loving family members. Jonathan was a smart and fun loving person. He was fearless in voicing his opinion, especially in support of marginalized people in troubling times. He developed a passion for music at an early age and loved nothing more than to strum tunes on his guitar to his daughters. Always fiercely loyal to his family, he was a dedicated and loving father. His loss is a shock to us all and he will be desperately missed.
