Joyce M Patterson

Joyce Patterson, 80, of Charlottesville, passed away peacefully on January 19, 2022. Joyce was born on February 24, 1941, to the late Hubert and Mammie Moubry. In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, William and two brothers; Earl and Edward. Joyce is survived by her children; Raymond E. Patterson and Barbara Goin (Kevin). One sister; Evelyn Bibb; Her grandchildren; Tiffany Bryant and Kim Ferguson (Josh); her great grandchildren; Jason,Levi and Raegan. Joyce’s passion was cooking. She always loved cooking for her family and everyone. Joyce was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be missed dearly. A visitation for Joyce will be held Tuesday, February 1, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Teague Funeral Home, 2260 Ivy Rd, Charlottesville, Virginia 22903. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Monticello Memory Gardens, 670 Thomas Jefferson Parkway, Charlottesville, Virginia 22902.
