Ronald Lee Jones

Ronald “Ronnie” Jones, 62, of White Hall, Virginia, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, September 1, 2021, peacefully at home. No one who met Ronnie forgot his infectious passion for life and serving his community. He was a spiritual man and involved in many church activities.

He spent many years working in the school system and helping in the athletic department at Western Albemarle High School.

Ronald was the son of the late Edward Carter and Mary Joanna Jones.

He leaves to cherish his memory a loving and devoted family;three daughters; Shana Whindleton of Crozet;Kim Anders of Ivy, Va. and Erica Anders of Charlottesville, Va. Three brothers; Linwood Jones of Whitehall, Va.; Chris Jones of Buckingham, Va. and Harry Jones of Esmont, Va. Three Sisters; Robbie Lewis of Charlottesville, Va; Roseanna Jones of Seattle, Washington and Christine Jones of Crozet, Va. Nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and a host of other beloved relatives and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 8, 2021 at 11am., at The Jones Family Cemetery, 1805 Miller School Rd. Batesville Va.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
