She was born in Springfield on May 25, 1952, the daughter of Charles W. and Ana A. (Fox) Moore.
Judith enjoyed volunteering her time with the American Diabetes Association, “Kiss A Pig” fundraiser, and Springfield Muni Opera.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Robert J. Moore.
Judith is survived by her daughter, Tabitha R. Carlisle; brother, Gary L. Moore; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation: Family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2026, at Butler Funeral Home- Chatham, 8855 State Rt. 4, Chatham.
Funeral Ceremony: 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at Butler Funeral Home- Chatham, with Celebrant Parian Hull.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Springfield Muni Opera.
Burial will follow at Cumberland Sugar Creek Cemetery.
