Carl J. Vets, 86, of Haverhill passed away on Saturday, June 3, 2017. He was the son of the late Carl and Alice (Murphy) Vets, and the husband of the late Anne Vets. Carl was a retired Massachusetts State Trooper and built houses on Cape Cod for 40 years.
Carl is survived by his six children: Eileen Lannan (Timothy), Paul Vets, Kathleen Winship (David), Carleen Keizl, Michael Vets (Amy), and John Vets (Jackie). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 10 AM to 12 PM on Wednesday, June 7th at Nickerson Funeral Home, 87 Crowell Road, Chatham, MA 02633, followed by burial at Peoples Cemetery in Chatham.
