Amy Jacqueline Snyder

Amy Jacqueline "Jackie" Phillips Snyder Worthington passed on October 26, 2024 at 7am in Dayton Tennessee were she lived for over 20 years. Jackie was born on November 18, 1974 in Chattanooga,TN. A daughter of Katherine Ann "Kathy" Floyd Phillips Snyder (passed) & Charles Aubrey Phillips(passed). The granddaughter of Jack & Katherine Floyd. Great granddaughter of Katherine & Elmer Floyd. She was adopted by Larry Snyder when her mom married him in 1976.

She was 49 years old. Jackie had been a CNA in Tennessee, Wyoming & Florida.

She loved to give, help ppl & animals. She lived life & was fun to be around. Smart in so many ways. A good cook also.

Jackie loved her kids n her granddaughter made her life so enjoyable.

She will be missed my many.

Jackie is survived by her sister Marcy Phillips Snyder, her daughter Anna-Meigh "Katie" Worthington, her son Jack "Bo" Burell, granddaughter Alura Worthington, Nephew Joseph Snyder (wife of Joseph) Belia, thier childern Tristan Snyder, Alwen Snyder, Uncle Paul Evett, cousins; Jason, Troy, Steven, Stacey, Sandra Evett.

Thank you to all who helped with her passing, some of which are Mr Bradley Wilkey, Paul, Sandie & Joe Dunn, Sarah Jones, Joseph, Belia Snyder and Randall Worthington.

"I LOVED YOU FROM THE FIRST DAY MAMA BROUGHT YOU HOME & I HELD YOU!" I TOLD MAMA YOU WERE MY BABY. I WILL CONTINUE TO LOVE YOU THE REST OF MY LIFE & WILL NEVER FORGET YOU LITTLE SISTER.
