He was preceded in death by his parents, Geraldine Hardin and Cecil Hardin; and son-in-law, Jimmy Meeler.
Those Cecil leaves behind to cherish his precious memories are his loving, devoted wife of 62 years, Nancy Fry Hawkins of Ringgold, GA; daughter, Sherry Meeler of Ringgold; son, Sandy Hawkins of Ringgold; 2 grandchildren, Kyle Parton of Ringgold and Mandy Tallent of Ooltewah; 5 great-grandchildren, Kerrigan Parton, Anniston Parton, Harper Tallent, Weston Parton and Asher Tallent; other relatives and dear friends.
