Charles is survived by his son Daniel Bailiff; father Richard Bailiff; sister Jessica Cunningham; brother Kevin Bailiff. He has loving aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 11 from 3-6 pm at the funeral home with funeral service to follow at 6 pm in the funeral home chapel.
