David was preceded in death by his father, Floyd Blevins; mother, Marion Blevins; and brother, Sonny Blevins.
Those he leaves behind to cherish his memories are his daughter, Carisa Rucker; brothers, Jerry Blevins and Kenneth Blevins; sister, Donna Huckabee; grandchildren, Justin Morgan, McKayla Morgan an Katelyn Morgan; several great grandchildren; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life service will be determined by the family at a later date.
