He was born in Chicago, Illinois to the late Joseph and Mildred Corrigan. His first wife, Mary Ann Comer Corrigan preceded him in death.
Ed worked in sales his whole life, mainly in the industrial motors industry. He was a part of the Knights of Columbus.
Ed had a big personality and he never met a stranger. He loved hosting parties, especially the Super Bowl events where he would make his award-winning chili. He was a huge sports fan, specifically Texas A&M and the Atlanta Braves. He loved to travel, attend social events and good food on Fridays. A loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend he will be greatly missed.
Survivors include his spouse, Robin Jo Corrigan; his children, Mike Corrigan (Lilian), Jim Corrigan (Julie), Ann Corrigan; grandchildren, Jackson, Charlie, Mary Katherine, Michael and Jacob Corrigan; brother, Joseph Murray Corrigan and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at a later date in Texas.
