Eugene was in the United State Marine Corp.
Eugene was preceded in death by mother Cora Watkins; father Walter Watkins; niece Inez Burney.
Eugene is survived by sisters Ann Burney of Chattanooga, TN., Debra Fay Miller of Hillsboro, AL, Hazel Garner of Town Creek, AL., and Francis Watkins of Chattanooga, TN.; brothers Willie Jame Watkins and Theodore Watkins both of Chattanooga, TN. Host of Nieces, Nephews and close relatives.
A celebration of life for Eugene will be held Saturday, September 4, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services – Franklin-Strickland Chapel, 1724 Mccallie Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404.
