Born in Willow Oak, FL to the late Seth and Vicie Woods; Husband, Frank Zimmermann preceded her in death.
Survivors include children, Robert Mobley (Diane) of Hockessin, DE, Sharyl Smith (Eugene) of Hixson, TN, 5 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
Frances was a member of Ridgedale Baptist Church and the Friendship Sunday School Class.
A private graveside service will be held at the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
