He was preceded in death by his parents, Francis Smith, Sr., and Lily Smith; wife, Wanda Faye Smith; brothers, Michael Smith, Kenny Smith; and sister, Rita Jackson.
Those Francis leaves behind to cherish his memories are his beloved daughters, Jennifer York, Tabitha (Jake) Stone, Stephanie (Azmir) Smith-Nuhanovic and Ashley (David) Lopez; grandchildren, Chasity York, Kristen Smith, Courtney Cox, Brisa Smith, Julian Lopez, Layla Nuhanovic and Amina Nuhanovic; several great grandchildren, other relatives and dear friends.
