

Gary “Jason” Green of Chattanooga, TN died on Friday, July 5, 2013. He was born in Birmingham, AL on December 31, 1972. Jason graduated from Apopka High School in Apopka, FL in 1991 and from University of Central Florida in 1996.
Jason had a lifelong career at Shaw Industries which is based in Dalton, GA. He was an avid fly fisherman who was always planning his next fishing trip. He loved University of Alabama football and the game of golf. He was a member of the golf team at University of North Alabama and was a caddy on the Canadian PGA Tour.
He is survived by his chocolate lab Luke, his parents, Gary and Dona Green, his mother, Judy Goodner, his brother Carson Green and his family (Kelly, Carson Jr. and Reily), his sister Jan Keiser and her family (James, Jesse, Jake and Jackson), his grandparents, Norma and Don Echols. He is also survived by his uncle Eddie Echols and his family (Jody, Anna, Katherine, Mollie and Collier) and another uncle Gary Hill.
Visitation will be held at Trinity United Methodist Church, 1400 Oxmoor Road, Homewood, AL 35209 on Friday, July 12, 2013 at 10 a.m. with a memorial service at
11 a.m. following visitation.
