Harlon lost his battle with cancer and passed away peacefully in his sleep at the home of his daughter, surrounded by love.
Harlon was preceded in death by his daughter; Melanie Bowers. parents; Orvel and Jimmie Bowers. brothers; Terry, Harold, and Albert Bowers, all of Chickamauga, GA.
Left to cherish his memory are daughter; Amanda Bowers. brothers; Lee(Tammie) Bowers, Wayne( Angel) Bowers,Rowland(Vickie) Bowers, Roger Bowers. sister Rennia Abercrombie.
Harlon was retired from Synthetic Industries. He enjoyed Fishing and Hunting and was a surrogate grandpa to may children.
