Jeanette Tulloss was born November 22, 1966, in Chattanooga, TN. She was educated in the Public School System where she attended Joseph E. Smith, James A. Henry, Northside, Eastlake and City High School.
She was known to many as Duggie. Jeanette dedicated her life to Christ at an early age and never ever waivered from her faith and love for God. She never met a stranger cause she loved everybody and made sure she told them about the love of God and to put their faith in God.
She shared freely and would truly give someone the shirt off her back. Jeanette had a deep love and passion for art; she found beauty wherever she looked. Drawing and painting was her sanctuary, a place where she transformed canvas into emotion.
Among those who preceded her in death include her parents, Maxine Tulloss and Tyrone McCollum Sr.; her paternal grandparents, James Flemming and Mrs. Ella Mae Flemming; her maternal grandparents, Josephine Rogers Tulloss and Jerome (Jesse) Tulloss; an adopted devoted grandmother, Fannie Mae Crumsey; her aunts Patricia (Pat) Tulloss, Carolyn Ruth Wilkerson, Alice Tulloss; and her nephew Michael T.
