LeRoy was employed at Volkswagen and The City of Chattanooga. He loved to cut grass, making people smile, and most importantly, he enjoyed being around family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Lannie Garner; grandmother, Essie Weston; and sisters, Annette Mikes, Geraldine Word and Kassandra Garner.
Those LeRoy leaves behind to cherish his memories include his loving and devoted wife, Mary V. Smith Garner; sons, Monty Poole and William Poole; brother, Lebron Garner; sister, Rosalyn (Gary) Hickman; grandkids, Montia Poole, Takiyah Poole, Monty Poole and William Poole, Jr.; other relatives and dear friends.
A Visitation for LeRoy will be held on Friday, September 12, 2025 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services - Franklin Strickland Chapel, 1724 McCallie Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404,
Funeral Services will immediately follow at 1:00 pm.
