

She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, James E. “Jim” Stinson, and two beloved sisters, Pauline Robbins and Aline Mackie.
Mrs. Stinson moved to Chattanooga ten years ago from Louisville, Kentucky to be with her daughter and family. She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church in Chattanooga, TN and Summitt Heights United Methodist Church on Louisville, KY At Christ Church she was a Tuesday Morning Angel and a member of the art class in the Life Program.
Lou was a lifelong Kentucky Wildcats fan and would faithfully cheer her Cats on to victory.
She is survived by her daughter Jamie (Dennis) Riddell of Chattanooga; grandson, Jason (Caysie) Riddell and Robin (Kerry) Riddell Nunley; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 4-8 p.m. at the East Brainerd Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
Graveside services will be held Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at Resthaven Memorial Park in Louisville, KY.
