Marcia Jean Frazier

Marcia received her Associate Degree in Child Development from Chattanooga State Community College and was a beloved teacher for many years at Ridgedale Baptist Church. She faithfully attended New Haven Baptist Church with her daughter and grandchildren.

Survivors include her daughters, Kimberly (Jeff) Winston of Ringgold and Tracey (Chris) Rose of Birchwood; grandchildren, Allison Winston, Dakota Rose, Natalie Winston, and Dalton Rose; sisters, Sharon Thomas of Ooltewah; Carla Bomar of Ringgold; brother, Robert Benton of Ringgold; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. in the East Brainerd Chapel with Rev. Robert K. Schrader officiating. Burial will follow at Dailey Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. and Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

The family would like to send a sincere thanks to the nurses at Parkside Nursing Home and to Life Choice Hospice of Lafayette for the care you provided our mother.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or Life Choice Hospice.
