I remember that you loved going shopping. We had so much fun grandmother. I miss you so much. You will always be in my heart.

I think of you often, and I love you so very much. As your first grandchild, being in Texas without you was hard growing up but I will never forget the time we spent together.
You had such a beautiful spirit and I love you always.

I want to acknowledge the Love that I shared with My Beautiful Aunt, Mary Katherine Bradford. I miss you so much and I think of you very often and how we would enjoy going to lunch together on my off days or weekends. I recall you wanting to have Ice Cream cones afterwards and going to open drive thru to get one. I enjoyed every minute we shared and knowing that you Loved me just because I was your Neice, and Your Only Sister Oldest child. I can’t believe you have passed on but I know Love never fails. Continue to rest with the Lord. I Love you Aunt Mae Katherine (as I loved to call you). —it’s now 1 yr later.

When I was little I always looked forward to the holidays. Holidays meant “We going over Grandmama’s”, it meant seeing family, and it meant good times. Honey always had a joke to crack, a smile on her face, and always had open arms. She did so much for us. I love you so much Honey.

Grandmama, you were always a beautiful soul to me. As a child, the weekends were my favorite part of the week because that meant going down grandmama house! We always had fun and we always ate good. Every moment in your presence was enlightening. I was always aware of how gentle you were and in every situation, graceful. You were kind and understanding and slow to anger. You were beautiful, wise, and compassionate. I remember the trips to Lookout games, going out to eat, the family gatherings at your house, the yard sales and the many life lessons you gave us. I cherish them all and more so, I cherish you.. Rest in blissful peace grandmama. I love you. 

Honey, I love you so much. You were so  charismatic, kind, and had a great sense of humor. Eveytime we visited you, you allways had a huge smile across your face.  I remember when I worked at Shoe Carnival and I would always call you during my lunch break and you would tell me about your day. I promised you that once I could drive I would take you on adventures with me. You were so gorgeous and had an amazing aura surrounding you.  Im  grateful to say that I had you in my life for so long. Rest in Peace Beautiful, you deserve it. 

Just so many memories. I do Remember the Saturdays every weekend we went over there. It was always an adventure. From the time we got there in the morning and went to Laundromat, or Hustling clothes. On to Shoneys and then staying the night and going to Scotchman to get snacks then staying up all night. Always fed anyone regardless. We truly miss you Mary Bradford!

R.I.P Mary Bradford. We All Will Miss Her Dearly. She served her purpose wholeheartedly. Her Legacy Touched Many Lives!

That’s our Grandmama 

My great grandmother,Honey is what we called her she was a wonderful person. Honey always made me laugh and would give me advice for the future. Everytime i seen her she would always brighten my day.  I miss her and i love her I'm glad i got to grow up knowing honey she meant a lot to me.

What can I say about my Grandmama.. she meant so much to me. I remember being a little girl talking to her on the phone for hours and being taught  so many life lessons that I can not count nor thank her for them all. There was never a weekend or holiday that went by that we did not spend time with her.  From walking to Scotchman , yard sales, sleep overs , Engel stadium .. You name it we did it!   I can honestly say she made such a huge impact in our  childhoods. I just hope we were able to return the favor in adulthood. There is not enough space here to express my feelings toward her. This is a major lost to our family, a strong matriarch. Grandmama I love you so very much and you will FOREVER be missed.

It was only maybe 12-13 years ago when i first had the please to meet Ms. Mary. She always kept me amused in her company. I liked to mess with her because she would always play back with me. There was never a dull moment with Ms. Mary around. 
It’s been fun

All praises to the most high!! My mom lived to be 89 years old. She worked hard all her life, and she touched a lot of people.  Moma would give you the shirt off her back, and she never met a stranger. She always taught me self-preservation.

My beautiful Aunt (Mae Katherine) will be missed so very much. I had my own way of saying her name and it had its own ring to it every time. She would make me smile from being in her presence. I think I was so special to her as she was to me. There was a heartfelt bond that I had for My Aunt. I recall as a child being so glad to visit my cousins and to see My Aunt. Even recently, I would call early mornings just to speak to her and tell her that I LOVE HER. Even though, COVID scares stopped me from visiting her. I kept saying that the next time I see her I will give her the Christmas present I had for her in my trunk. It was a beautiful Scarf to keep her neck warm. I’m going to miss My Aunt and Her Sweet voice and her saying that She will be ready Early for us to go to breakfast, lunch, to get ice cream, to the zoo or anywhere!!! She was My Special Aunt that took time to listen Always and spend time with me anytime. She will always be missed. It’s hard to believe she won’t be here to smile and chat with me when I call or ride by to see her wave at me from the porch. I had even considered living near her last street and was tickled to tell her. I guess it stayed in my mind that My Mom would always say, I’m like My Aunt in a lot of ways. It was nice to hear but never understood it but GOD knew. I know she has her special seat in Heaven. I Love Her. My Beautiful and Strong Spirited Aunt Mae Katherine. Rest In Peace. I Love You Auntie. Thank you for so many memories that I smile about. I want to Thank God for you! I will truly miss You so very much! Your Neice!

Mrs. Bradford was always kind, nice, and good looking!!! I stayed next door more than I stayed home! Fond childhood memories! (aka Annie Marie/Rita Smith)❤❤❤
