Noella Corbin McNaughton died peacefully at Hospice Care of Chattanooga on January 23, 2024. Noella was affectionately known as Mom, Grandma, and Aunt Noella. She was born in Nashua, New Hampshire and moved to Atlanta when she was 14 years old. She graduated from Murphy High School in 1957, then spent two years at Young Harris College in Young Harris, Georgia. She enjoyed many high school reunions over the years. Later she was an active member of Apostles Lutheran Church in the Atlanta area. She loved her “Pastor Paul”. Noella was employed by Ikon Office solutions as a radio dispatcher and the technicians all loved her. She also worked occasionally as a professional caterer. She loved having parties, and making wonderful dips and other very creative platters. She spent a lot of time crocheting blankets and other items for friends and family. Noella moved to Ooltewah, Tennessee in June 2020 where she enjoyed many activities such as going to tennis matches, church, concerts, and beach vacations. This past year she attended Alexian Pace on 3rd street a few days a week and really loved the people and activities. Her favorite was playing dominos. She had many lifelong friends.
