Paul was born on November 21, 1942, to Paul and Blanche Ricketts. He had a lifelong passion for music, literature, and studies of the mind, he was a beloved teacher, father, and husband. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Johnnie Ricketts, Children, Gabrielle Clark, Zachary Ricketts, and Jessica Ricketts and Grandchildren, Savannah Stelling and Jackson Ricketts.
