Peggy Mary Bell Wright

August 9, 1941- June 26, 2022

Mrs. Wright was born and raised in Chattanooga, TN and lived most of her adult life in Houston, TX where she and her late husband Larry Wright raised their family. She passed away in Chattanooga, TN in the loving care of her sister Helen. Peggy was a hardworking woman; she worked in machine shops and food service. Reading was a passion of hers, she also loved visiting casinos. She enjoyed collecting books, miniatures, antiques and purses.

She was preceded in death by her mother Ruth Locket Daugherty, her father Charles Lloyd Daugherty, her brothers Paul and Jerry Daugherty, her sister Sylvia “ Ann” Daugherty, her husband Larry Elmar Wright.

Peggy is survived by her sister Helen Dare Daugherty Shell, her three children Peggy Renee Wright Knorr (Bill Knorr), Pete Charles Wright (Marian E Sacro Wright), and Richard Lee Wright. Grandchildren Kelly Stone, Kenneth Anderson, Kimberly Pagel (Stephen Pagel Jr), Paul Wright and Sabrina Olsen-Lyon. Great grandchildren Tristen Pagel, Trinity Pagel, Trina Pagel, Mayne Stone, Denly Stone, Alyzafae Olsen-Lyon. Numerous loving nieces and nephews.
