He was born on September 16, 1962 in Fort Knox, Kentucky. Randy was a previous estimator at Arcade Beauty for about 5 years. He was also a Navy Veteran. Randy was an avid pool shooter and was involved in a local billiard club. He loved mustangs and belonged to a club when he lived in Florida. When he was also in Florida, he was involved with a racing team as a crew member.
Randy is preceded in death by his wife of almost 11 years, Janeen Marie; parents, Clarence and Barbara Spears; brother, Terry Spears; grandparents, Ted and Verna Gouge, Ruby Pendleton, and Claude Spears.
Survivors include sister, Sandy Hood of Florida; aunts, Virginia (Ben) Adams of Gray, Tennessee and Martha Phelps of Florida; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He had many friends who will attest that he was a good and generous person.
