He was preceded in death by his father, Samuel, Sr.; mother, Carrie Bell; brothers, Willie C., Luther, John, Terry Lee, Charles Bell; sister, Carrie M. Bell.
Sammy departed this life on Friday, September 17, 2021 in a Chattanooga hospital.
He leaves to cherish his memories, Joann Hester; two brothers, James and Paul Bell; a host of nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
A visitation for Samuel will be held Thursday, September 30, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services – Franklin-Strickland Chapel.
Funeral Services will be on Friday, October 1, 2021 at 1:30 PM at the Funeral home Chapel.
Burial will immediately follow at Forest Hills Cemetery, 4016 Tennessee Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37409.
