Tokchin Kim Easter

Tokchin Kim Easter was born on February 9,1953 in Busan Korea. She departed Life's journey on December 28, 2023. She was preceded in death by her mother Sam-yi kim, husband Joseph V. Easter, parents in law Paul and Ruth Easter, brother in law Lovell Easter.

In South Korea Tokchin spent most of her youth in Catholic Church where she was baptized and had her Holy Communion. She met her husband Joseph V. Easter, they married May 14,1978 and she came to the United States to live the remainder of her life. Tokchin was a wonderful mother, caring sister, and loving grandmother.

Tokchin is survived by her two daughters, Ruth and Victoria Easter; grandchildren, Traymell Harrison, Amelia Bailey, Amia Owens, Akili Owens, and Riley Owens; twin sister, Michin Agee; sister-in-law, Paulette (Rozell) Jackson; niece, LaNita Conley; nephew, Michael Lee Jr.; grandnephew, Christian Conley; grandniece, Camille Conley; and a host of friends and loved ones.

A wake for Tokchin will be held Saturday, January 6, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services - Franklin Strickland Chapel, 1724 Mccallie Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404.

A visitation will occur Monday, January 8, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM, 1724 Mccallie Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404.

A funeral service will occur Monday, January 8, 2023 at 12:30 PM, 1724 Mccallie Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404.

A committal service will occur Monday, January 8, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Chattanooga National Cemetery, 1200 Bailey Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404.
