Gloria Jean Lombardi

Gloria Jean Lombardi (nee Groves), age 94, passed away peacefully February 8, 2024. Born January 10, 1930 in Salem, Ohio, she was most recently a resident of Mayfield Hts. Gloria enjoyed doing arts & crafts, decorating her home for the holidays, collecting dolls, and coloring in adult coloring books. She also loved to play cards; and while traveling to many states, touring various historic sites, factories and stores. Beloved wife of the late Angelo; loving mother of Bruce (Karen) and the late Mark; mother-in-law of Joy Lombardi; grandmother of Joshua (Melanie) Rey, John (Joy) Lombardi, Marissa Lombardi, and Niko Patouhas; great-grandmother of Molly Kate Rey, William Lombardi, and Norman Lombardi; dear daughter of the late Galen and Myrtle Groves; and cherished sister of the late Galen (Juanita) Groves. Friends may call at Gattozzi and Son Funeral Home, 12524 Chillicothe Rd., Chesterland on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, 4-7 pm, where services will immediately follow at 7:00 pm. Private interment at a later date at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon.
