We are all very sorry to hear of my Aunt Kathleen’s passing. She possessed a wonderful laugh along with a fine sense of humor. Ironically my favorite memory came from the lunch following the funeral of her husband (my Uncle Jerry), who also  possessed a sharp wit. After the graveside ceremony, family joined for a late-afternoon lunch at.a nearby restaurant. We all took our seats and began reminiscing about Jerry. Lo and behold I thought I sensed modest drops of water on my head but couldn’t be sure. Finally I detected a small leak in the ceiling directly above me. Even in the midst of mourning her recent loss, Aunt Kathleen wittily surmised that it was Uncle Jerry playing one last joke on me. Very well played, Aunt Kathleen.   Rest In Peace

I was fortunate to share my work day with Kathleen…as her caregiver and also as her friend. Thru the few years together we did our daily crossword puzzles (she was better at it than I) also looking up the daily holidays, what happened on this day in history, what famous person was celebrating their birthday and what famous person had past away…these led to many conversations and different types of music as well. We also had our 4 letter word card games we played, with words we thought never existed…I looked forward to being with her and she watched the clock on my days that I was scheduled to arrive…
Every time I make “our” famous Kathleen’s eggs I will think of her and smile…
May God Bless her and give her Peace…

When Barbara and I thought of Aunt Katie, the first thing that came to mind was her warm smile and  contagious laugher. Aunt Katie was full of life.

We know you will miss her dearly. May the countless fond memories keep her close to your hearts always.

Kathleen and I spent many a weekend watching baseball when the family was away Kathleen also loved going out to eat and we enjoyed many lunches together You will be truly missed Kathleen

I loved Aunt Katie.  A lot of good times I had when growing up, they would come down or we would go up to New York. Beautiful person.I remember how beautiful she looked of her wedding day. Gorgeous. Always idealized her, Even her bedroom was just so beautiful,like she was .  she was my Godmother also. Greatly loved.
She is the end of my family.  I will remember her lovingly, always.
 So sorry for your loss. All my love and prayers are with you.
